NSPA Hosts UK Industry Day


LUXEMBOURG - On 8 September 2022, NSPA welcomed at its Headquarters 35 companies from the defence sector in the United Kingdom, and representatives from the British Embassy in Luxembourg and the United Kingdom Department for International Trade.

The sixth edition of the UK Industry Day aimed at providing a better understanding of NSPA capabilities, procurement processes, rules and regulations. It was also an opportunity to discuss potential future opportunities for industry and to increase the number of companies in the NSPA Vendor Registration System.

Ms Stacy Cummings, NSPA General Manager, in opening the proceedings explained how early engagement with Industry is critical to answer the call of Nations and Partners with efficient, effective and responsive solutions.

Her Britannic Majesty's Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Ms Fleur Thomas, confirmed the ongoing partnership between NSPA and the United Kingdom and the opportunities to further open British companies to closer cooperation in future projects.
The Day included a Trade Show, where attendees were provided a platform on which discussing the latest industry trends, technology, products and services.
