The Antonov cargo aircraft arrived in Tianjin, China, on 9 May 2020 and reached final destination in Wroclaw airport on the 11th of May at 17.32 local time. After unloading the cargo, the aircraft departed directly from Wroclaw to Shenzhen to execute its next mission, this time in support of Germany.

This is the eleventh mission completed by SALIS in support to NATO nations. SALIS is a multinational programme, managed by the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), which provides the nine NATO nations participating in the programme with assured access to strategic transport aircraft for outsized cargo. Five nations have used their flying hour quota to airlift urgent medical protective equipment from China and tackle coronavirus crisis.
