Approximately 40 NSPA staff members accepted the challenge to run the 25th Relay for Life in support of cancer research over 25 hours at the National Sports Centre, La Coque, in Luxembourg.
"Everyone present was willing and happy to be able to support this cause that can affect anyone - of all ages and at all levels without exception. A big thank you for their donations and determination," said NSPA Team Captain Julien Costa.
This event aims to collect funds for research but also to help patients whose care is sometimes very expensive.
On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the Cancer Foundation is opening one of its cancer research laboratories to visitors to better understand their work.
It was a huge success, NSPA was able to raise 1,500 euros this year through donations, cake sales and relay for life participation.
