Work with us on a temporary basis

Temporary staff may be recruited when necessary to replace members of staff who are absent, or temporarily to undertake tasks in excess of the capacity of the establishment approved for NSPA.

Working as a temporary staff for NSPA gives you an opportunity to start in our organization, learn the processes, collaborate in projects and it could be an open door for future employment at NSPA!

If you would like to work with us as a temporary staff please contact our Service Agencies they will deal with the recruitment processes on NSPA behalf.

Temporary contracts

Temporary contracts may vary from one month up to one year and they can be renewable afterwards based in the Agency's needs.

Temporary contracts follow the Luxembourg employment law, incumbent of temporary contracts are subject to Luxembourg national taxation and profit from Luxembourg social benefits, not from NATO benefits.
