Our headquarters are in Luxembourg, but we have sites in Versailles (France), Sigonella and Taranto (Italy), Papa (Hungary) and outstations in Afghanistan and Kosovo.

As a NATO Agency, we are committed to NATO objectives and core values. We strive to recruit well-qualified, motivated civilians who can represent the diversity of our member States and who are able to make a difference.

While most of our staff work with us as a NATO Civilian Staff, we offer different types of positions:

Work with us as a consultant

Consultants are recognized experts or specialists engaged to serve in an advisory or technical capacity and do not a hold position on the establishment. Consultants can hold different levels, depending on the function, seniority and post description.

Work with us on a temporary basis

Temporary staff may be recruited when necessary to replace members of staff who are absent, or temporarily to undertake tasks in excess of the capacity of the establishment approved for NSPA.

Do an internship with us

Willing to do an internship with us? Students may be recruited as interns when suitable internship projects are identified. Internship projects will be published on NSPA career site whenever there are opportunities available!
