Medical SUPPORT

The NSPA Medical Support team is the focal point for all medical related businesses in NSPA that links the customers' requirements to the industry, enabling the Nations to achieve their military goals.

NSPA strives to become the medical procurement benchmark for NATO Military. The medical team mission is to provide medical support to NATO and the Nations where requested, in alignment with NATO policy, meeting medical governance requirements and supporting the military medical services."

Key capabilities

• Medical Supply: Routine medical replacement items i.e. bandages, stretchers etc. and pharmaceuticals.
• Medical Equipment: Equipment, either static or deployable, associated with or used in support of, medical services i.e. scanners, x-ray equipment, ambulances etc.
• Medical Projects/Service contracts: Complete turnkey project with a medical end-application i.e. hospital, laboratory, mobile scanner, etc.
• Other Services: As requested and defined by the nations

Projects

• Support to the medical supply chain in Afghanistan for National Defense and Security Forces, by delivering essential pharmaceuticals, vaccines, consumables and equipment, through the NATO Trust Fund arrangement,.  
• Infrastructure projects and coordinates medical equipment for clinics in Afghanistan.
• Support to support to KFOR mission; managing the Role2 Medical Treatment Facility that is mission essential for the healthcare of the military in Kosovo.
• Procurement of medical items for Nations in coordination with other internal entities to deliver essential medical supply.
